Website is easy to navigate and use. Customer service usually responds in 24 hours with helpful feedback. The cosplay I ordered was amazing and everyone loved it at the con. It took about 2 weeks for them to make the suit and 9 days for it to reach my house. Keep in mind that I did pay for fast deilvery. If you want to order from this shop order maybe one months a head of time if you just want regular shopping. Anyways, I will be shopping here again.Price Quality Value (Posted on 7/28/2022)
