Notice: Delivery time = Tailoring or Processing time + Shipping time

Shipping Methods：

1: Basic shipping: provided by USPS,EMS,FedEx etc. For use with low weight costumes such as tights only. It takes 10-15 working days for shipping.

2: Standard shipping: provided by UPS,DHL,USPS,CNE,TNT, etc. It takes 5-10 working days for shipping.

3: Rush shipping: provided by UPS,DHL,USPS,CNE,TNT, etc. It takes 3-5 working days for shipping.

Tailoring or Processing time notice:

Because our goods are handmade, Before we start shipping, we need the following time to make it.

1: Cosplay Costumes: 

standard size: 7-10 working days, custom size: 10-20 working days.

2: Spider tights suits:

standard size: 5-7 working days.

3: Props and wigs

need 5-10 working days.

4: Ready to ship products

10-24 working hours.

Notice: When you purchase multiple products at once,  the processing time is calculated based on the product that takes the longest time.

Tracking your order:

When your order is sent to the logistics companies, we will upload the tracking number that they have sent back to us in our system.You can check your order tracking number through the link below.
