My grandson is 5 years old and loves this outfit. The medium size is suitable for children 5-6 years old. If your child is 5/6 years old, they will need to choose a medium size. But it is best to place an order after measuring the measurements, so that the operation will fit better. The material is thin, but the quality of the clothes is good. My 13 and 4 year olds requested matching outfits after we visited a friend whose son was wearing this outfit. It's almost perfect. True to size and my four year old didn't take it off when it arrived. Both girls said they could see well and the fabric was light and breathable. The only problem is that the "gloves" don't come off, making it difficult for my little one to open the door, go to the toilet, wash his hands, eat, write, etc, because the whole thing has to come down to get hands free. I just cut a small hole near the wrist so she could pull the glove off her hand and push the sleeve up. It didn't rip any further and was the perfect solution.
