I ordered this as a birthday present. I placed my order on January 20th. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my package and it still hasn't shipped. I rushed to customer service and said I needed to get the package ASAP. It was given as a birthday present. The customer service was very kind and polite and helped me solve the problem. Finally got the package before I needed it. Because of the Chinese Spring Festival holiday, the factory was on holiday.And the customer service told me that I need to pay attention to NOTICE before purchasing in the future, and place an order in advance.
