My son is 44” and 46lbs and the small fits perfectly! The costume is 2 pieces: the mask and the body suit. The body suit has the feet and gloves attached. It takes a minute to get on. The fabric is thin but seems pretty durable. My son has worn this for a little while every day for the last 2 weeks. That’s the only con... he won’t take it off!!
