I really appreciate being able to get my cosplay custom tailored as my height makes it difficult to find properly fitting items. Customer service is also excellent. I love how painless it is to ask questions and have them answered. I will definitely recommend this store and buy much more in the future.

I am naturally suspicious of cosplay websites as sometimes you don't get what you are looking at on the website, but this one is great. My items were exactly how they were described online and the shipping time was pretty efficient. Tracking your packages is a little tricky as the tracker on the website doesn't always work, but the customer support was very prompt when I contacted them.

First time buying, but it is amazing! I was certainly hopeful that it would be solid quality, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with how it turned out and I cannot wait to wear this for ComicCon!

I had an amazing experience shopping here, I was worried my costume wouldn't arrive in time after the customer service contacted me it might take longer to deliver due to Chinese new year. I exchanged a few e-mails with the customer service and they replied really fast and were really nice. They tried the best they could to make sure my costume would arrive in time, which it did, thanks to the amazing service that was helping me figure out the best solution to my problem! I am also really amazed by the quality of the product, it fits perfectly and the fabric is high quality, can't wait to wear it!

Amazing! I have a few problem on my end during the order process and they fixed it right away no hassle to me! Got it to me way before my needed wear time! And the costume came out AMAZING! The quality is outstanding, I got one custom made and they fit perfectly.

Fast, simple and easy to understand. Very helpful and answered my questions and concerns. Nice customer service. Top quality cosplays. 10/10 will buy cosplays again. Side note: order cosplay two months ahead of convention.They put a lot of great work into outfits.
