I am naturally suspicious of cosplay websites as sometimes you don't get what you are looking at on the website, but this one is great. My items were exactly how they were described online and the shipping time was pretty efficient. I had an amazing experience shopping here, I was worried my costume wouldn't arrive in time after the customer service contacted me it might take longer to deliver due to Chinese new year. I exchanged a few e-mails with the customer service and they replied really fast and were really nice. They tried the best they could to make sure my costume would arrive in time, which it did, thanks to the amazing service that was helping me figure out the best solution to my problem!
