I am 5'6 and 128 pounds and I got the medium.Good quality and good craftsmanship on this costume. It fits perfectly only problem is that the waist is slightly big on me, but that can be easily corrected by using a belt or I could get the waist tailored to fit me better. I probably should have been a little more accurate with the waist measurement that I gave them.Seriously though, I really do like this costume.
