Due to the Chinese traditional statutory festivalthe Mid-Autumn Festival from September 10th to September 12th is coming soon, we have received notices from logistics company such as DHL/UPS in China that they will arrange holiday work during this period of time in accordance with the statutory holidays. At that time, the logistics companies will arrange their staff on duty to work, which will cause a certain delay to everyone's order logistics status update. For this, we are deeply sorry. Please give us more patience and support. We will continue to pay attention to the working status of our partners and keep active contact with them.
In addition, in order to bring you a better shopping experience, the working hours of all Simcosplay employees are arranged as follows:
Tailor & Design Department:
In order to ensure that all orders can be delivered in time, our tailor and design department will continue to work and will not enjoy this holiday arrangement. We will compensate them for this holiday after December.
Customer Service Department:
We will let the customer service department enjoy a 3-day holiday from September 10th to September 12th. Please understand that due to the high work intensity and pressure of the customer service department, they need some holidays to accompany their family members. At that time, the live chat customer service may be temporarily interrupted. We recommend that you can email us.

We will temporarily cancel our tailor-made option on September 25th. If you have a demand for tailor-made size, please consider placing an order as appropriate before this deadline.
