1: Logistics: We have been cooperating with leading international commercial express delivery companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and so on. Although their logistics costs are high, we still feel that everything is worth it for you to get quality services. In recent years, due to the impact of COVID-19, logistics have encountered the most difficulties. Under the current circumstances, I strongly recommend that if you need to use our costumes on Halloween, please place orders in advance as much as possible, so that we can have a longer safe time to deliver your costumes.

2: Shipping Costs: Due to the impact of the epidemic, the shipping costs have also been increasing. Under the current circumstances, I personally do not want and will not increase our shipping cost standards. I implore you to give us more tolerance.

3: Halloween Order Deadline: According to the experience of previous years, we will stop accepting Halloween orders in mid-October. However, due to the impact of the epidemic, we need to reserve more time for logistics as a safe time. So I have to consider that this year’s Halloween order deadline will be advanced. After discussing with DHL, FEDEX, UPS and other business representatives, I will mark the prominent position of the products on the Simcosplay news page and our social media (facebook, instagram) and website at the end of September.

4: Costume Production Time: SimCosplay will do our best to speed up the processing of your Halloween orders, so as to get a longer safe time to deliver your costumes. From now on, all orders will enter the rush processing mode. We will speed up our costume production as fast as possible on the premise of ensuring the health and safety of all our employees.

5: This year is destined to be an extraordinary year. I hope you can give us more tolerance. We will also do our best to provide you with better service. In addition, if you have a Halloween cosplay plan, I personally recommend that you purchase it in advance.
